In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within 24-72 hours of order confirmation and could take up to 7-10 business days for product to arrive depending upon delivery location. We will only ship to US locations.

Sales tax is charged in our home state of Georgia. Applicable state and local taxes are added to the price of your order if required under your state tax rules for Internet commerce. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
We typically do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you’ve received a damaged item, we are more than happy to accept a return. Please contact us immediately. All damages should be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered. That said, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Clothing and shoes can be returned for another size or store credit.
LOSSES, DAMAGES & MISSING PARTS
Oh no! Contact us right away and we will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
We are happy to send your purchase with a gift note in place of receipt, or just a gift receipt with no prices. We do not offer gift wrapping. On the cart page, click "Add gift instructions" to indicate it's a gift, and/or include your note to the recipient. Make sure the recipient’s name and address is included in the “SHIPPING TO” field in the checkout process. If you didn't find the gift link and you've already placed your order, no problem, please contact us before we ship your order and we'll add it.
